Prices
All prices are non-binding, in Swiss francs, excluding VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of exchange rate fluctuations, material surcharges, etc.
Orders
Please always specify the item number, size, quantity, and, if necessary, the color of the desired item. For certain items, we reserve the right to adjust the quantity according to the packaging unit.
Special orders and liquidations
Special items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Shipping
All goods are packaged with the greatest possible care and are shipped at the buyer’s risk. In the event of transport damage, please contact the carrier or shipping company immediately. We accept no liability in this regard. Orders over $600 are delivered free of charge (international shipments are delivered free of charge to the Swiss border).
The costs for shipping and packaging are $13.90 per shipment, regardless of the number of packages.
Complaints
Complaints of any kind will only be considered within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Properly delivered goods will be taken back by prior arrangement, subject to a 20% price reduction for additional handling costs. Returned goods for credit must be in their original packaging and without price tags.
Payments
The agreements between wholesalers and retailers apply. Special conditions apply to exports. For initial deliveries and in the event of repeated late payments, goods will be shipped against advance payment. In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 6%. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received!
Warranty
We grant a 2-year warranty on all items, except for clearance items, for material defects from the date of sale. This does not include damage caused by improper handling.
Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Einsiedeln. Swiss law applies exclusively between the buyer and seller.
